Is he eating a lot of grass? I know my dog loves to eat grass, and I have to stop him from eating too much or he starts throwing it up. Maybe he too pees green when he eats too much grass, but I don't know, I haven't been paying attention.

If it is a little green your dog should be okay. Sometimes discharge is a greenish color for some woman. If is a really sick dark green, i would recomend seeing a vet soon.
