Many chocolates have a bit of wax in them. It helps it keep its shape and gives it a bit of sheen. It is always a food grade wax and will not harm you.
Put an ice cube on the wax until it solidifies, then carefully pluck it off. If the wax has leached into the suede too far for that method to work, put a paper towel over the spot and use an iron on a warm (but not too hot) setting, and try to get the wax to melt and absorb into the paper towel. After removal, brush the suede to restore its texture. Otherwise, a professional cleaning service may be able to help you.
I'm guessing it's because wax melts with heat i.e. fire and so allows a path for water to exit the sprinkler and put out the fire.
Wax on, Wax off is how Mr. Myagi taught Daniel how to do a circle block. The block is one of the cornerstones of Okinawa karate.
Buffing should put a shine on not take it away, use a very fine grit polishing compound to bring the shine back and wax regularly. I don't know what you used when you buffed it the first time but be careful and only buff wax in the future. Buffing and polishing is not the best thing for todays acrylic based automotive paints. With the removal of wax you have to do quite a bit of rubbing on a dry surface. that's not a good thing on an automotive paint finish. Polish is abrasive and it can do more harm than good. Liquid Paint conditioners work differently form wax. They last longer and shine better.
More wax is added in the summer to make it take longer to melt.
Chocolate can't shinny because it has no arms or legs.
