Yes, it does. Mainly in the southern part, called Patagonia, and also in the Andes.

The fact is that Patagonia and the Andes are scarcely populated, and this plus the stereotypical (and so, false) belief that every single place in Latin America is tropical make this fact a bit strange for foreigners. Anyway, there are quite a few very well known cities in Argentina that receive snow every year, and so they are tourist attractions. The most popular "snowy" city in Argentina is San Carlos de Bariloche.
