The Personal research of Sir Ralph Warner and the family records pasted to him, which was done so under charter on August 04, 1999, by, the family Patriarch, Rev. Joe David Warner, PhD., under the title of The Regal House of Whetenhale-Warner (aka The Regal House of Warner) shows the geneology of the Warner Family of North America to come from England in 1635, to Massachusetts, New England and thereafter to Vermont, Indiana, California and presently the country of Mexico.

The Warner Family of England from 1635 to 1374, of Essex, Norfolk, Sussex and Surrey, are the English Warners that are known as the Whetnall-Warner House, due to the lineage divided in 1374 by the legal adoption of Thomas Whetenhale (aka Whetenhall, Whetenall, Whetnal, Wettenhale), son of Sir James Whetenhale, Knt. of Cheshire. Who was adopted under a living Will & Testament of Sir John Warner, Esq. of Besthorpe, Norfolk (aka John Warenne or Warren), which under Royal License took-on the Warner surname.

John Warenne, was the natural son of Sir John de Warenne, 8th Earl of Surrey and Warren, and Maud de Nerford. The Warenne Family from Earl John goes back to Earl Hamelin Plantagenet de Warenne of Surrey, who took-on the Warenne (Warren) surname by his marriage to Isabel de Warenne, Countess of Surrey. Earl Hamelin was the stepbrother to King Henry II of England, the uncle of King Richard and King John, and was their court counsel and governed the Realm in their absence.

Eventhough Henry Plantagenet was the English heir to the Throne, throw his Mother, it is his stepbrother Hamelin Plantagenet de Warenne who would be the lawful heir to the Planatagenet House, due to he being the first born son of Geoffrey V Plantagenet, count of Anjou, and grandson of Fulk V, King of Jerusalem. Which are Norman titles and not English Ones.

The English Protocols and Peerages list that due to Hamelin Plantagenet being of a birth out of weddlock, that he could not in his time, cliam any rights as Heir, in England, but in France if he or his descendants did so would legally become the counts of Anjou and Princes of Jerusalem through Fulk V.

Taking in to mind that there are court records stating that King Henry II offered to his brother to recliam himself as a Prince in England, eventhough Hamelin turned it down to Married Isabel.

And also taking into consirderation that the Conqueror before becoming King William I of England, was the natural son of the Duke of Normandy, becoming the Duke, and was known in Normandy as William the "Bastard".

Base on legal documents, pedigrees, and research, The Regal House of Whetenhale-Warner, headed by Sir Ralph David Jathh Warner is the legal adopted heir of the Plantagenet family whereby re-cliams with the blessing of his father the late Rev. Joe David Warner, under Royal Charters, himself as Head of (State) The Royal House of Angevin-Plantagenet-Warenne, the house Charter sets-up a privy council and royal court under the Dominion of Crown Wealth (aka Crown Wealth (Dominion / Office) or Dominion of Crown Wealth Dependencies and Royal Appendages).

His Issue's are:

Prince Sir Ammann Jathh Leiferik WARNER (Heir Apparent)

Prince Sir Williams Von Wilhelm Jathh WARNER (Heir)

Prince Sir Johannes Alexander Thomas Hamelin Henry WARNER (Heir)

* Lady Brisa Marina WARNER (Daughter to Ex-Fiancees)

Sir Ralph Warner aka Jathh (Johannes), thee Declarer Rex:

* The name Jathh was invented by his father as an abbreviation for Sir Ralph's three grandfathers John, Ambrose (Ambrosia), and Tod, and his father's two maternal uncles Herbert and Henry.

Presently, the only legal heirs of the Plantagenet family which can be proven, are:

Sir Ralph David Jathh Warner, Mexico.

Three Sons & Daughter, Mexico.

Ralph Otto Warner (Grandfather of Sir Ralph), California.

Jenna Lea Warner (Sister of Sir Ralph), California.

Destini Lynn Warner-Martin (Sister of Sir Ralph), Italy.

Jathh, thee Declarer Rex cliams as Pretender of The Royal House of Angevin-Plantagenet-Warenne, the County of Anjou, the Kingdom of Jerusalem, Earldom of Surrey and Warren, Earl of Strathearn, and other subtitles and peerages of Norman England and France of the Angevin Dynasty.

The Crown Wealth has purchsed property on a hillside overlooking Rancho Miraflores in Jalisco, Mexico where the royal family will establish the house court and temple, named: Wheten Hall, Warner House (Urkland Colony).

The royal Church was founded as The Knights of Christ and chartered as the Teutonic Knights Templars Royal Peculiar, as the heirs of the Whetenhale-Warner family are "Law-Speakers" of the Holy Land and Crusaders, the local chapel will be named Temple-Church or St. James the Just, eventhough the royal family are members of the Anglican communion in Mexico, services will be both Templar (Gnostic) and Anglican (middle church).

Sources? This is my family and we have a genealogy book listing every descendent of William Warner who came to Ipswich. It is true that by law we are the eldest line of the Plantagenet family. However I fail to find any source proving the rest of the info

Where are the Plantagenet family heirs?

Tony Robinson did a program on the Plantagenet family. He traced it to Australia where a family where believed to be the heirs to the Plantagenet name, and should be our monachOf course we can spell, we have even received an education and know how to research family trees. My family can trace their lineage directly back to Elizabeth 1 (Plantagenet) Princess of England, daughter of Edward 1, granddaughter of Henry 1, great granddaughter of John 1 - the line goes on and on to Geoffrey V (said to be the first named as Plantagenet due to his personal liking for wearing a sprig of broom plant in his hat). Thankfully my direct lineage is through a woman, as the males seemed to meet untimely or unusual deaths. how could these people possibly take the throne? they can't spell. If you trace Queen Elizabeth's family tree, you will find that she can trace her bloodline back to the Plantagenets, back to John of Ghent, one of the younger sons of Edward III.__Many people can trace their lineage back to the Plantagenet kings. Most American presidents can trace their families back to King John. I'm assuming that you are wondering about the branch of the family who actually ruled. In the end there were three sons, Edward IV, George of Clarence and Richard III. Edward's sons found to be illegitimate in the act of Titilus Regis, then disappeared shortly after his death and though they are presumed to have been killed for political reasons, the truth is we really don't know what happened to them. The last Plantagenet king, Richard III, had one son, but he predeceased his father and died without issue.George of Clarence was survived by one son Edward who died without issue in 1499. Edward's sister, Margaret Pole, was beheaded by Henry VIII.
