A lack of education and people's ignorance. It sounds ridiculous to say that the situation is getting better, when it should not be an issue in the first place. I do believe , however, that people are getting on with their lives and ignoring it and I think that is the way to deal with it. Why should anyone care what a few ignorant people think. Pity them.
