Install iTunes if you don't already have it. You can find the free download for iTunes on the Apple website. When you have iTunes open, go to the iTunes Store and search for "After the Fall" by Metro Station. Click buy. This only works if you have a debit card or credit card linked to your iTunes account so you can purchase the song. If you don't want to do that, you can buy an iTunes gift card and enter the code into iTunes for free songs. (You do that by clicking redeem from the Home Screen in the iTunes Store and following the provided directions there.) After you purchase the song, you can add it to a playlist that you want to sync to your iPod. You attach your iPod to your computer with the USB cable that comes with iPods upon purchase, and your iPod will appear as another screen on iTunes in the left column. You click your iPod and it will become the main screen. You then click the music tab, and you can choose which playlists to sync to your iPod from your iTunes. Pick the playlist that includes "After the Fall" and then click Sync, and it will be on your iPod after synchronizing finishes.
