No it's not, we don't use post codes in Uganda.
Uganda does not use postal codes like UK postcodes or US ZIP codes. A mailing or shipping address in Uganda consists of a street address and/or post office box, the name of the city, and the name of the country.
Zip Codes are for the USA only. "zip code" is a U.S. number. Some other countries have postal codes as well, but they aren't called "zip codes". It's doubtful that Uganda has a postal code.
