We see references to this fairly often. I'm guessing that you don't know the code to the radoi and it will no longer work.
I'm told that taking it to a dealership is a good fix, but that they like to charge an arm and a leg to do it.
Another option is to search Ebay. Yep, Ebay! There are guys there who will sell you the information on how to unlock a radio. I recall the going price being about $10 or so.
