The process to replacing the window regulator involves removing the door panel,connections to the window switch and also the door handle bezels. I've included a video that will show you exactly what tools you need and how to get at the window regulator so that it can be replaced.
Replacing the gaskets is a simple process. Getting to the one on the drivers side is the problem. I have not been able to find anything on the internet expaining the process.
The regulator can be found on the top of the alternator. Remove the wiring harness from the regulator. Remove the retaining screws from the regulator. Reverse the process to install the new regulator.

Typically it is not the motor, but the window regulator that has failed. I would add tht after replacing the nylon parts in the regulator, you pack it with white lithium grease, grease the cable, and grease all contact surfaces where the cable travels on the regulator.
