Usually there is a stated warranty policy which you can look up on their website. Though it varies from vendor to vendor, usually if the failure is within one year they'll take care of most of the replacement and repair work.
You can call them (that is usually best) and they can refer you to a repair line or you can look up the repair center on their website and call the number listed.
You should have a description of the problem ready, have your order number or a reference number and the computer serial number. Usually they can look up your order from the serial number. It's usually on a sticker on the bottom of the computer or under the battery.
I would advise you to be very clearly aware of what your guaranteed warranty rights are and the time frame (like when your invoice date is, how long have you had the computer) before you call. That way you will be able to ask fro exactly what you deserve.
