You must bring your state id and original title into the tow yard. It'll also cost money to get out.
Most states that I'm aware of will pass the cost of removing that vehicle onto the owner of the abandoned vehicle. If those costs are not paid for, it may be possible for your licence to be suspended based on that.
It is not legal, but if it is private property and you have permission from the owner, all lights say go!
They'll have an accident that is their fault, the insurance company will refuse to pay, the driver of the vehicle and the owner will be sued for everything they own and then some. Or they will be in an accident that is not their fault but the person who owns the vehicle will have their insurance cancelled and will have to pay a fortune for future coverage.
The owner can pick it up after 24 hours. If the owner is the one not licensed, then they just need to bring a driver.
No, it doesn't. But its owner will need them, and an attorney as well.
The driver will receive another violation for "Driving While Suspended," and it is POSSIBLE that the owner of the vehicle may receive a ticket for "Permitting an Un-licensed Operator."
What are you asking? Have you had a motor accident? Did the other driver have a suspended licence?
You will most likely be charged with driving with a suspended licence. The owner of the car u were driving may get in trouble if he knew you did not have a licence and let you drive anyway, however if he didnt know you did not have one then nothing will happen to him. His insurance should (if he has insurance) cover the other guys car and his as well if he had full coverage.
It is not illegal in US or many countries for someone to drive your car, except when the driver does not have a driving licence. The owner can be ticketed, if the car does not have valid registration, emissions and safety inspection done.
The insurance policy should be in the name of the registered owner of the car.It is not necessary that he should have a licence. The person who is driving the vehicle should have a valid driving licence.

The police can seize a car if they believe it is being driven by someone who does not hold a valid driving licence. To reclaim a seized car, the owner can attend the relevant police force pound and present a valid driving licence, proof of insurance and proof of ownership. Once those documents have been presented, the owner must pay the recovery fee (which tends to go up every day the car is impounded). If the owner does not claim the car within a set time frame (which changes depending on the police force), the car will be destroyed.

Generally, I would say this is most likely not possible. Vehicle insurance policies actually financially protect the vehicle OWNER(s) not the 'driver.' Of course, an owner's insurance covers someone that the owner(s) have permitted to use the vehicle. However, as you are the owner and have a suspended license, it is unlikely that any carrier will issue a policy to you.
you are because your the vehicle owner
You don't.
No. A co-owner is one of the owners. If he's an owner it is obviously not theft. If you file a theft report against an owner you could be jailed for filing a false police report. Also, if the driver is stopped the car will be impounded resulting in costly fees and fines.
