Buenos dÃas -- Good Morning
¿Cómo estás? -- How are you?
Mucho gusto -- Pleased to meet you.
Encantado -- Enchanted / Please to meet you.
¿Ha cambiado el tiempo? -- Has the weather changed?
Hola. ¿Cómo estás? Mucho gusto concerle. ¿Qué pasa? ¿Qué tal? ¿Le encuentara bien? Buenos días.
This is Amalia, my best friend. You could answer back by saying (to Amalia); "Mucho gusto" o "Encantado/a de conocerle" (Depending on whether you're male/female)

"Mucho gusto" is a normal means of answering an intoduction. For example: "Me gustaría presentarme. Me llamo Alejandro". The person you are introducing yourself to would more than likely say "Mucho gusto" or "Mucho gusto conocerle". You could just leave it alone, or you could say "el gusto es mío" or "igualmente".

for a lot of time.

much time would be: "mucho tiempo" o "bastante tiempo" (depending on context ) too much time would be "demasiado tiempo" I've spent much time getting familiarized -> "he pasado bastante tiempo familiarizandome"
