MOm say's by 9:30
the best time is 10:00-11:00
A good time for a 12 year olds bedtime would be around half ten.
If the 10 year old need's alot of sleep, then it would be 8:30. That's their average bedtime.
10
I'm a little concerned that a 10-year-old is watching a 4 year-old and I hope it's only for a short time or adults are nearby and the 10 year old is a mother's helper or something. As for trying to get a 4 year-old to sleep, the best thing to do is try to tire him out before bedtime/nap time. Play games with a lot of movement to help him get out his energy. When it is bedtime/nap time, read him a book and maybe put on some soothing music.
i think about 9:30 is a good bed time for 9 or 10 year old
I am a ten year old and i go to bed at 9 weekdays and 10 weekends.
9:30 or 10:00
10 am
Most parents would like a little time to themselves so for a 10 year old bedtime should be 8 - 9 PM during the school week. Children need 8 - 10 good hours of sleep. They could stay up later on the weekends.
Bedtime can vary widely across ages, but on average: toddlers usually go to bed around 7-8pm, preschoolers around 8-9pm, school-age children around 9-10pm, teenagers around 10-11pm, and adults typically go to bed between 10pm-12am. These are rough estimates and individual preferences and routines can vary.
On average, a 4 year old needs about 10-12 hours of sleep per night to support their growth and development. It is important to establish a consistent bedtime routine to ensure they are getting adequate rest.
