Assuming the two reactants are producing sulfuric acid according to the balanced equation H2S + 2O2 --> H2SO4:

2.5g H2S = 0.07mol H2S = 0.14mol O2. 0.14mol x 32g/mol (for O2) = 4.48g O2.
