This sort of behavior generally happens in Elementary School because boys and girls are too young to know anything about love, but only know they really like another boy or girl. In High School some young men/women may be shy and not playing games at all and then there are those young people that simply thing they are the best thing since sliced bread and want to fool around with one person after the other.
