I just came back from gym class with a time of 6 min 15 sec, second in 3 classes. Lots of people came in between 7min and 8 min.

25.5 to 24.5 if you get down here your pushing state records.

The only objective of the 200 meter is to come in first. However, the sprinter must stay in their lane the whole way through the race, and the race must start at the far corner of the track (opposite of the 100 m end). Hope this helps.

Well it really depends on other factors such as height and weight more than it does age. I'd say anywhere from 5.5 to 5 would be pretty good. Below 5 and you're starting to get fast. 6 and over would be considered pretty slow.

Oh no. Your faster WR type guys will go about 4.4...bigger linemen types with speed like Richard Seymour about 4.8. Anything below 4.5 is above average speed, like a 4.2 is blazing. Shawn Merrimen, a LB ran just under a 4.5 coming out of college, bulked up for the NFL and ran a 4.61 at the combine. I mean, 6.2 might be good for someone not going to the NFL, but that's the only reason I even know what a 40 yd dash is. ahh no i mean how big are you for one thing? a good 40 dash would like 4.3 to 4.5 in high school college and a 4.4 to 4.6 in middle school but no 6.2 sucks man but if you are a linemen or like a grade schooler dont worry bout it

Yeah that's a decent time especially since at 13 you probably aren't able to sprint the whole time.

Yea that's state in my school, which is AA in Illinois. I ran a 27.3 on my state 4X200 team, sadly we got 32/35.

Possibly about 34 seconds on backstroke seen as though that's the weakest it all depends on your capability to swim and how your stamina is if you have the drive to go faster.

I'm not sure for an average 15 year old female, but when I was that age, (this was back in 1975 and I was on the girl's track team in high school) I ran it in 5 minutes, 35 seconds which was a county record. so, maybe you can gauge it that way.
