Not sure exactly what your question is, but I'll give it a go.
If you're asking how many laps it would take, 1 mile around a 200m track would be 8 laps, as a mile is a little over 1600m.
As for your time, it is probably going to be slightly slower than what you would run on a standard 400m track, due to the fact that one runs faster on a straight path than a curve, and a 200m track will have more turns.
There are no such thing as trials for a fourteen year old, however, an indication of what a is a good standard is the UK power of 10 target. This is a target set by UKA for at least 10 people to reach in an age group. For under 15 males it is 12.45m and for under 17 females it is 11.50m.

But Taylor came out of nowhere and threw Liversnap in the trash! "DAMNIT!", Liversnap screamed. "If only I had my body! I'D KICK SOME BOOTIE!" We never could get Sasquatch to stop crying.
The average time for a 200 meter sprint race depends on the age of the runner. But, the average time is from 30 seconds to about 40 seconds to run this distance.
to run the 200 you come out of the blocks in a drive phase which mean that you are pushing out of the blocks at about 85 perccent and you are pushing off the track. after about 20 to 30 meters you bring youre body up and begin to run with knee lift. it may seem like youre running slow but when you start passing people youll know youre not because you are now sprinting full speed and everyone else is beginning to slow down
Another way you could run is fire out of the block 95% until your lane straightens out then get into your stride and hold it until the finish
for an under 13 boy a county racing /winning time would be about 55 seconds for a girl about 57 , a realy good time would be under 60 seconds , a good time would be about 1.05 - 1.10 an average runner would get 1.10 -1.20 max any higher would not be placed in a official event for under 13 400m dash……….......Pacific School Games Records.......Boy : 52.08 seconds. A year later a 150m race took place between the two where Bailey won the title due to Johnson pulling out because of injury

a good time in the 70 meter dash for an olympic medalist would be about 6.8 to 7.6
i dont think they run and record those. youd have to do some math from the 40 yard dash to make an estimate. but also youd have to factor in the fact that from yard 40 to yard 100, the player is gonna be tired.
