For one of the most gorgeous states in the Union, with fantastic winter weather, Arizona sports the worst culture in the nation.

The people are jaw droppingly selfi centered, rude, crude and nasty beyond belief. It's reflected in their treatment of others in public, on the highways, and in their local comment boards.

How bad is it? Two people within a 12-month period stopped on Phoenix expressways were hit by cars. Nobody stopped. After 30 to 40 cars zoomed over them, the bodies could no longer be identified as human by the authorities. That is savage, and unheard of in the United States as far as we know.

There is a serious problem in Phoenix, and it's growing worse. I have a job and transplanted family here, and we would all leave in a heartbeat given the opportunity.

The Arizona court system has four types of courts - Superior, Justice, Municipal, and the Arizona Tax Court. The Arizona Tax Court handles certain cases regarding state and local taxes. The Tax Court operates out of Maricopa County and hears cases for the whole state.
