actually the answer above me is incorrect. Arizona is not hot all year. Sometimes it gets to 53 degrees or lower. Up here in phx it is only hot up to about October. then it gets freezing. Around CChristmas its so cold frost is on the roof. So to answer your question, Arizona is not hot all year long :)
Actually... it's all in your perspective. From somebody who lives in Minnesota Arizona IS hot all year round and 53 is nice and warm. In Minnesota we call 0 degrees Fahrenheit cold but not really any temperature before that. But we think 100 is really hot.
