Is Brazil peaceful or warlike?
Brazil is very peaceful! They have not fought a war since the 19th century (not including sending a couple of troops to WW2). They have no interest in wars and have no nuclear weapons and dont show signs of creating them. They are also a very green nation with 80% of its power coming from hydroelectricity and most of its gas being diesel fuel.
Brazil is a vertical country (as opposed to Canada which is horizontal), so the temperatures vary greatly from area to area.
In general 10°C is thought to be very cold.
Of course in the north it doesn't get as cold as in the south, so to a southerner from the southernmost part of the country 10°C might not seem as crazy cold as it would to a northerner, who likely has never been in such "frigid" temperatures before.
In my hometown (Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais) 15°C is considered to be an average(ish) low for wintertime.
The thing to note is that in Brazil not many people have heaters in their homes, so you would be in 10°C or 15°C or whatever weather at all times, not just outside.
