Typically in Phoenix the janitorial services charge by the square foot of office area. I have heard between 10 and 55 cents per sq foot per week. The higher prices also indicate that more servcies are performed or done more regularly. Larger office area pay less than smaller office areas.

Follow the care label instructions. Just wash it as normal.

By funking it up with special cleaners, that will only make it worse. Just toss it in the washer, warm, or even cold wash. HOT will "set" the stain in.

I would suggest pre-rinsing it first in a sink/basin... just put whatever it is on in the washer, wash it then put it in the dryer.

if you think it's that gross, then repeat a wash cycle BEFORE you dry it. Easy.

First, you can relax about the bacteria l- the CDC has determined that it is not harmful to humans. With all cleaning processes, you can use chemicals and/or physical means to remove the dirt. So, first sweep up any loose matter. Then, pour a mixture of white vinegar and water over the area and let it sit for a few minutes. Scrub with a broom and rinse.

Ok- if the urine smell is coming from the floor inside the house... you must pull up the carpet /wood or laminate floor - get it down to the slab or the subfloor- use a bleach/water solution on the slab or the wood subfloor- let dry- then apply Kilz Oil based primer several coats- you can also replace the area of subfloor that is urine soaked- with new plywood subfloor- if you are on a slab- seal the affected area-with kilz= once the kilz dries- you can re-install any flooring over the area- if the pet stain/smell is on any thing else- bleach/and water and Mohawk flooring essentials odor control spray will neutralize the odor!

First find the source of the dampness that is causing the smell and fix that issue. You may need to replace drywall or flooring that has become too wet. Otherwise, cleaning with bleach or other mildew killing cleaner should reduce the issue. Make sure you have enough ventilation and air for the air to dry out.

Take it to the drycleaner and mention the pet stains when dropping it off.

It will most likely need to be washed to really get all the urine out, and most dry cleaners don't want to put urine in their solvent anyway. Washing will make the comforter smell much better, reducing your aggravation over paying for it to be cleaned and then still having an odor, and reduce the likelihood of your cat smelling the urine and continuing to urinate on the comforter in the future.

It would be advisable to take a large (Queen or King) comforter to a dry cleaners or a laundromat with extra large capacity machines for best results. Most home washer/dryers are not equipped to handle such heavy and large loads, and if there is not ample drying room in the dryer the comforter either won't dry, may damage the dryer, and have been known to catch on fire.

However, with washing a dry clean only comforter, you run the risk of shrinkage, color fade, the stuffing clumping, and depending on age and material, the fibers literally falling apart.

If the comforter's material is polyester and/or down, washing should be fine. Acetate, silk, or rayon run higher risks of the aforementioned risks.

Try using straight bleach, let it soaK in.BE SURE TO OPEN THE WINDOWS.Then rinse with clean water and rewash with a cleaner like Mr. Clean.

You people who are suggesting bleach are off your rockers! YOU CAN KILL YOURSELF! You'll basically be gassing your self with the same stuff the Nazis used in the Gas chambers. Wow.

NaOCl(bleach) + 2NH3(ammonia- a chemical found in urine) --> 2NaONH3 + Cl2(chlorine gas)

It was used as a chemical weapon during World War I and later by Nazi Germany in World War II. If you inhale it, it can be fatal.

Another potential reaction, which occurs when an even greater amount of bleach is added than ammonia, is this:

3NaOCl + NH3 --> 3NaOH + NCl3

That's sodium hydroxide and nitrogen trichloride. Nitrogen trichloride is a very toxic chemical to humans, and even if you did get close enough to ingest it, it would probably explode in your face first, as it is also a very volatile explosive.

I recommend using hot water and vinegar. Then if you dislike the smell it leaves behind, it will then be safe to use bleach, but please be sure that you don't use more bleach than water. To get rid of the vinegar smell i suggest using a regular floor cleaning like Fabulouso or Pine Sol and plug in an air freshner in that area, jsut to be safe.

Thanks for bringing up how bad bleach can be Azriphale. Even need to be careful with the Fabulouso and plug air fresheners. They have so many chemicals in them too. I'd suggest using Freshana. There are also several urine-removal products for sale in the grocery store - look in the pet food aisle, usually located near the dog shampoos.

Sewer flies are also called drain flies. To get rid of them you have to first clean the drain. Use a pipe brush to do this. Follow the cleaning by pouring some gel drain cleaner down the drain.

Get all the carpets thoroughly cleaned. Get this done professionally for the best results. This is not one of those DIY projects especially if you are trying to put the house up on the market for sale.

The best way to clean walls is using TSP. Follow the package directions for how to use it.

Take a 10 inch piece of packing or duct tape and join the ends together forming a loop with the sticky side out then "roll' the tape across your fabric until it's so full of hair that it no longer sticks. Throw that hair laden piece of tape away and repeat the process until your garment is hairless! If there is standing water or the soil is wet, dry it out with fans before covering the floor. Use ventilation fans in kitchens and baths to control moisture. Install a central air conditioning system or dehumidifer to help remove moisture from the air. Your clothes dryer should be vented directly to the outside. Inspect the vent duct. The vent duct should be cleaned at least once a year. Keep air conditioning drip pans clean and the drain lines unobstructed and flowing properly. Ask a heating and cooling contractor to check your heating and cooling system to make sure it is sized and operating properly to remove humidity. If you system is too big or the airflow incorrect your air conditioner will not remove humidity like it should. Also, ask the contractor to check your duct system for air leaks, and proper size and air flow to each room. Sealing air leaks and sealing duct air leaks can help to prevent high humidity levels in your home.
