Continents

There are actually a total of 4 transcontinental cities. The largest and most known would of course be Istanbul, Turkey located in Europe and Asia. The others include Atyrau, Kazakhstan (Europe/Asia), Orenburg, Russia (Europe/Asia), and Suez, Egypt (Africa/Asia).

The Equator divides Africa between the northern and southern hemispheres. The Equator is an imaginary line that runs around the middle of the Earth, dividing it into the northern and southern hemispheres.

The contry that has two continents is Russia. The two continents in Russia are Europe and Asia. By the way you could have googled "The seven continents of the world" in images it would have been much quicker.

North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and Antarctica.

There are many places world-wide that have land that is below sea level. I personally know of only two at the moment.

Continents don't have capitals. Only countries do.

Antarctica, and I think by quite a long shot

Many historians believe that theLenape Indians came from the continent of Asia by foot because Asia and North America where connected at the time and they were looking for food.

The land mass that made up all the continents is called Pangaea. It was a supercontinent that existed millions of years ago before the continents drifted apart to their current positions.

The supercontinent 225 million years ago was called Pangaea. It consisted of almost all of Earth's landmasses connected together as one large landmass.

Juneau is located in North America, specifically in the state of Alaska in the United States.

The Ionian Islands are located in Europe. Greece to be exact.

Honduras is not a continent. It is a country located in Central America.

Asia/Europe, as they are connected? so they are not Entirely surrounded.

Australia is the only continent-sized nation - it is both a country and a continent. It is the 6th largest country in the world by land area.

Nashville is a city located in the continent of North America.

The Philippines is located in the continent of Asia.

Australia and Antarctica are the two continents located entirely within the Southern Hemisphere.

Physiographically part of the North American continent, but is associated with Europe

Jerusalem is located in the continent of Asia.

The Bering land bridge connected Asia and North America. It is believed to have served as a migration route for early humans and animals between the two continents.

Godthab, now Nuuk, is the capital of Greenland. It is located in North America.

Mainly Mongolia. But it is a combined mix of Europen/ Asian/ Russion. Easiest way, before the OTOMAN rulled it was mainly Mongolia. But after rulling heart of the Europe for over 4 centuries it did mix much less with the above continnants.
