but you can take laxatives that works every time if its the good kind i suggest a womans laxitve because it makes it soft an easy to go with out much work.
How do you make constipation pain go away?
Usually an increase in fiber intake from your foods and drinking much more water. If it has gone on for over 3 days, then you should try a mild fiber laxative (like Citrucel or Metamucil) or eating more fruits and veggies. Many people drink prune juice or eat 5 - 8 dried prunes (also called dried plums) for the large fiber content. If the fiber laxative does not resolve the problem, you may need to use an enema (small easy to give yourself enemas are available at the drugstore called Fleets Enema, that would be the next step if all else has failed.) If none of that gives relief, then you may need to try over the counter stronger laxatives, ask the Pharmacist for advice on a type to use.
Some people get the problem by not responding soon enough after the urge to go. If you wait too long, it gets harder and harder to go. If the stool has hardened it can hurt too much to go again the next day. Don't wait too long and continue the increased fluids and fiber in your diet.
Walking often helps, not intense exercise just walking.
DO NOT IGNORE IT! Go when you have the first feelings of needing to go.

Where does your poop get stored?
After you flush your toilet, it does more than just disappear from view. Depending on where you live, it could either go into a long series of pipes, or into a septic tank. Either way, it'll end up in a sewage treatment plant. In these, they take out all the waste and trash and whatever else ends up in the water, and sanitize the water. Once it's clean, it goes right back into your home. Don't think you're drinking poop water now, because they put a bunch of...stuff...in it that sanitizes it and takes out all the bad bacteria. Enjoy! :P

What are the major roles of the villi and microvilli in the small intestine?
Villi are responsible for absorbing nutrients from the small intestine into the bloodstream, for transport to the liver and other cells. In order to increase the amount of nutrients taken into the bloodstream, each villus itself has dozens of microvilli, to increase greatly the surface area.
Yes its called your ass. A perforated intestine is a serious injury that would be practically impossible to survive without surgery and powerful antibiotics.
Both the small and large intestines contain populations of symbiotic "good bacteria" that help us digest our food. But with a perforation (hole) in the intestine these spill out into the abdominal cavity, which is supposed to be sterile, causing massive infection.
The only way to correct this is with surgery to suturethe perforation shut, then lavage (a fancy medical term from Latin meaning washing) to clean the abdominal cavity and all the organs it contains. Followed by large doses of powerful antibiotics to kill any residual bacteria that the lavage failed to remove physically.
Why is the small intestine important?
Most of the digested molecules of food, as well as water and minerals, are absorbed through the small intestine. The mucosa of the small intestine contains many small folds that are covered with tiny fingerlike projections called villi. The villi are covered with microscopic projections called microvilli. These structures create a vast surface area through which nutrients can be absorbed. Specialized cells allow absorbed materials to cross the mucosa into the blood, where they are carried off in the bloodstream to other parts of the body for storage or further chemical changes.
Which structure controls the flow of chyme to the small intestine?
The iliocecal sphincter
The ileum is the last (and longest) portion of small intestine. It empties into into the cecum (the first part of the "large intestine") at the iliocecal junction. The iliocecal sphincter is a ring of invountary smooth muscle at this junction, controlling the passage of digestive contents from the small intestine to the large intestine.

Also, eat at least 4 servings of fruit during the day - a serving being about 3/4 cup. Eat a serving of fresh vegetables at least twice a day.
Cut way down on eating sweet foods.
The above tips will soften your stool, and lead to healthier kidneys and blood, among other things.
How does your small intestine get nutrients to your cells?
The lumen of the small intestine is lined with microvilli, which are small hair-like tentacles that protrude from the lumenal surface. When nutrients get "trapped" in these microvilli while passing through the small intestine, they diffuse into the blood stream through various transporter mechanisms and elements. This is one of the reasons why your small intestine is so long, so that all the nutrients can be absorbed before passing into the large intestine where most of the water gets resorbed to produce fecal matter.
