Why should The Merchant of Venice not be banned in schools?
Book and play banning is very undesirable and even dangerous, If a work should be banned the burden of proof must be on the who person who issues the ban.
Highly controversial works that many people find offensive should probably not be required reading in public schools, but they should not be banned. Works by critically acclaimed writers always have some value even if they are not politically correct at the moment.
What is a real life example of Harassment?
A nurse who is required to wear a skirt or dress uniform (rather than slacks) is performing her daily routines of giving medicines, caring for patients, and writing nurse's notes in patient charts. As she is standing at the desk reviewing doctor's orders, an orderly uses an empty wrapping paper roll to lift her skirt from behind. When she quickly turns around, he lowers the roll so no one else has seen his harassing actions.
Harassment at the workplace is often similar to bullying at school. It can involve off-color jokes, jokes at someone else's personal expense, humiliating actions or "joking", physical intrusion (such as "accidentally" entering a women's bathroom, or "accidentally" brushing up against a female's breasts or behind), or actual physical / sexual touching.
Whether at school or at work, harassment and sexual harassment are wrong and should be reported.
Why are primary sources ore reliable than secondary sources for drawing conclusions about an event?
Yes it is more reliable as it shows exact happenings and without bias, but interpretation of that source can be different in various perceptions.
Another viewNo. All sources, whether primary or secondary, need to be evaluated.
Moreover, the term primary source can be problematical. There are many kinds of primary sources, and in all cases their reliability needs to be assessed. The fact that a source is 'old and ancient' does not necessarily make it primary or reliable.
Take, for example, a chronicle kept by monks in a medieval monastery of key events that happened in their own lifetime. Key questions one needs to ask include these:
On the other hand, if you are looking at the monastery's medieval laundry lists, then there is presumably no reason to be skeptical.
In practice one often has to take 'authority' as a guide to reliability, for example, the fact that among specialists in the subject a source is generally regarded as reliable, and/or the fact that it has been recommended by a teacher that you trust on the scholarly or scientific level.

Why Is it important to read Nonfiction?
Because you like to? By the sounds of the question, you are looking for a non-fiction answer as opposed to a fictional one. Imagine if everything you've ever read was fictional with zero pertinence to reality, what value would your reading efforts truly be of to you? Even most of the fiction people read pertains to real, value bearing, non-fictional parallels to real life and for that reason serves a purpose [or an importance] for people to read.

What are Primary Sources and Secondary Sources and give an example of each?
A Primary Source is something that tells the truth and it was told by people in the event or the one that said it or did it. A Secondary Source is something that doesn't tell the truth and it was written by someone that searched it up online.
An example of a primary source is Abraham Lincoln's quotes, my teacher gave me a sheet with a primary source in the front and in the back a secondary source. in the secondary source it said lies about Abraham Lincoln and in the primary source it said exactly what he said.
