Will your royal python die if you keep him in a 4ft tank he is 6 months old?
I've had my royal in a 4ft vivarium since he was a month old - royals like to be able to hide so the only reason that a 4ft vivarium WOULDN'T be suitable is if there wasn't any sufficient hiding places that he/she could hide away in and feel safe. They're quite nervous snakes that like to spend a good majority of their time hiding away.
The simple answer is NO - they won't die. As long as you fill the cage up as much as possible (obviously making sure that the snake can still move!!!) then the snake shouldn't get too stressed out!! Worst that can happen, is if the hides are too big so she doens't feel safe, and there's loads of room so she feels exposed, then she'll get really stressed out and aggressive. This could cause it to stop eating (as some royals are famous for!!).
My baby girl is about 6 months old now and she eats like a pig!!! She occaisionally does get stressed out - but she is still young so I'll let her off. She's got loads of hides, loads of branches and wood for her to hide behind - if she doesn't want to come out and play she just scurries off and hides!!
Hope this answers your question!

Mod is represented by %. With this in mind, all odd numbers mod 2 will equal 1, and all even numbers will equal 0.
number = raw_input("Please enter an integer: ");
if number % 2 == 1:
print number + " is odd.";
else:
print number + " is even.";
