Ramadan doesn't really have any colors. I know many people wear usually blue, black, white, and all the other colors but blue, black, and white, are the most popular. If you mean for Eid than you can wear any color. This year I'll be wearing black and white, it's a lovely skirt and shirt but most of my friends will be wearing, yellow, green, red, and all the other colors.

There are various festivals in the Muslim calendar. But Bakriid or Id-ul-Zuha is one of the most celebrated festivals among Muslims all over the world. It is a day of sacrifice for the Muslims. According to legends. It all started with a dream in which Allah directed the patriarch Prophet Ibrahim to sacrifice his son Ismail. It was Ibrahim's faith in Allah and his son's faith in his father that were on test. Before performing the sacrifice Ismail tied a cloth around his father's eyes. But when Ibrahim opened his eyes he found his son safe and sound. In his place lay a dead dumba or ram. It is in honour of this test of faith that Muslims around the world sacrifice an animal on the occasion of Id-ul-azha to show their allegiance, faith and sincerity towards Allah. In India the Muslims mainly sacrifice the goat, which is why the occasion is spoken of in Urdu as Bakhr or Bakri-Id. The festival is to celebrate the strong faith of those devoted to Islam.

It is the religious holiday for Muslims. The first Eid al Fitr is celebrated at the end of Ramadan. It is celebrated because it is to show that the month of Ramadan is over and we have fasted and prayed and held our selves from doing the wrong things.

If you used, during fasting, to forbid yourself from eating food, drinking, doing sex with your partner of marriage (things that are allowed out of fasting) then you will be used to forbid yourself from doing what is prohibited to be done as drinking Alcohol, gambling, prostitution, cheating, etc...
• Fourth, you will have closer feeling with the poor suffering and you will be more tending to give donations and charities to those who need. This of course strengthen the social solidarity.
