A man is a man and if he were on his death bed with you holding his hand, when the pretty nurse prances in, he'll be flirting with her as though his life depends on it (and it might).

That doesn't mean he doesn't like you. He might be madly in love with you, but feels compelled to flirt with every female in sight in order to get them to smile at him and perhaps flirt back.

It could be that he cares equally for ALL of you but just has not thus far selected the one of his dreams, for whom he cares more than the rest.

Since the last time I've answered this question through experience, I've found that there is a deeper meaning in the simple two-word sentence: 'What's up'.

The phrase 'what's up' may be used when a guy is bored, has nothing else to say, or just wants to start a conversation since you're the only person with them and things are looking awkward. But this doesn't mean there's no meaning involved. They may be shy, and will blurt out 'what's up' to start a conversation, and especially if he walks up to her first, there is probably something going on. Unless they're just good friends.

I've personally used it as an excuse to start a conversation, so that it doesn't die and I don't look boring. You can often tell how outgoing and social a guy is, depending on they start conversations, or continue them, and is a good indicator to see how well two people will get along together.

"What's up Doc?" is a Bugs Bunny catch phrase. Guys who say, "What Up?" have been watching too many cartoons.

I can't figure out why this question has been asked. It seems as though the stare is in question, is he staring because he is mad or interested? If you stared first hoping for him to stare back, then it shows there is a mutual feeling between you guys.

Try playing one of their video games or try to play one of their sports and talk to them about how you felt about those things. Trust me I did that in HS now where married!

This can mean either two things. The first thing is that he likes you back! People tend to stare at other people they find attractive. Second, he might think you're weird. People also stare if you have webbed feet or a big pimple. Check your face and outfit in a mirror. If you look completely fine, assume that he likes you. 10. It's easy to make a girl blush when you're around your friends. All you have to do is crack an inside joke. Only she will get the joke. This in turn, will make her feel special. This in turn will make her cheeks go all warm and red. So folks, no girl can resist a tiny blush on an inside joke, surely.

Well, as I am sure you know from personal experience, most guys are very hard to figure out. Most act differently around girls then they do around their friends, which can make it difficult to identify exactly what their actions mean. I do not know the person you are talking about, so it makes it difficult to diagnose the reason for his actions. My best guess is that he either feels awkward around you because he knows that you like him or just does not know you well. Or, he might like you. ALOT. Him not speaking may mean that he does not know what to say to you and he does not want to give away the way he feels about you. For your sake I hope it is the latter. What would really help me evaluate the situation is if you tell me whether or not you now each other well. Good luck!!:)
