Did Guru Nanak put the Guru Granth Sahib together?
The Guru Granth Sahib was not put together by one single person; it is a collection of poems and hymns from various sources. It was first compiled by the 5th guru, Arjan Dev (1563-1606). Guru Gobind Singh (1666-1708), the 10th guru, affirmed that the sacred text would be his successor and elevated it to the status of guru; this effectively ending the line of human gurus.
What are the differences between Sikhism and Hinduism?
Hinduism is a group of closely related religions based in present day India and brought there by the Aryan ethnic group. The majority of Hindus worship many deities, just like the ancient Romans and Greeks did. Examples are Brahma, Ganesha, Lakshmi, Indra, etc. Hindu practices include the infamous caste system and bathing in the sacred Ganges river.
Sikhism however is a monotheistic practice, just like Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, which means that they believe in one omnipotent God. Sikhism was started in Punjab which is part of present day Pakistan by an Indian mystic named Nanak Dev who believed that only one deity existed. Sikhs strive to better their relationship with both god and man.
Hope this helps!

I have a PHD in science..............(PRETTY HUGE DICK) and I suspect that the answer that has been questioned from above, is a reasonable question.
But the real answer the question, is that there is so many questions that can be asked in regards to answering this questions.
Such as why would anybody want to shave their Pubes? And if they did and where Sikh would it be the right casue of action. So therfore maybe if they wanted to, they could consult themselves or a doctor- for serious mental condition.
Hence they should maybe possibley hopefully consider that it could be possible.
