For all these people looking to find eevees (because we ALL love eevees right?). Here is your answer:
1. The first way you could get an eevee is after you obtain the national dex (you have at least seen all the sinnoh Pokemon go to prof. rowan's lab and prof. oak will run in and update your pokedex.) Then go to HEARTHOME CITY and talk to bebe. She is located in the house next to the pokecenter or pokemart. Walk in and SAVE before you talk to her. Then talk to her. If you have already talked to her she will give you an eevee. If you havent talked to her before talk to her once then again. She will ask you a question answer yes and again she will give you an eevee. (if that was a very confusing answer you can only get one eevee from bebe) YOU SAVED BEFORE TALKING TO HER. So if she gives you a boy eevee quit the game and talk to her again until she gives you a girl eevee.
2. Go to HEARTHOME CITY and go down to where you can either go right or left. Go left and you will see two buildings. Go to the bottom one. Then keep going down. Down, down, down, and keep going until you see a path going right. Go right then Up and into the POKEMON MANSION. Once you are in there go up then turn right. Go into the first door. You will then see three men. Two are standing next to each other. The other is a policeman. SAVE THE GAME before talking to MR.BLACKHARTH. (The one on the right.) He will say "Are you envious, blah, blah, blah." and answer yes to each of his questions. Then he will tell you what Pokemon he has seen in the back of the mansion. (oh you must have obtained the national dex to get eevees in the back of the mansion.) If he does not tell you he saw an eevee. (REMEMBER YOU SAVED BEFORE TALKING TO HIM) then turn off the game, start it again and talk to him again, and keep doing that until he says he saw an eevee. Leave the room then go left and then up. There is where you find eevees.
3. Get pal park (once you obtain the national dex you can get the pal park) the pal park is in the city below JUBILIFE CITY. Surf down then left, left, left. That's the pal park. Migrate a ditto from one of your GBA games. Save and then turn off the game. Start it again. When you get to the load game or new game you should see MIGRATE. You can only migrate once a day. Then migrate a ditto. Then go to palpark and get your ditto. Once you get your ditto fly to SOLACEON CITY and go to the daycare center. Then put your female eevee into it with your ditto. Then switch your POKETCH thing to the daycare watching thingy. And walk around then when you have an egg you will see it in the daycare. Then talk to the man in the blue outside the Pokemon day care center and say yes to his question. And vwala you have a egg. Inside is an eevee!

What is the best ball to catch Articuno in?
You need to have about 50 ultra balls on you, and a Pokemon capable of putting up either Paralysis or SLEEP on the legendary bird. Make sure you have a secondary paralysis or sleep move on a different Pokemon, ESPECIALLY if your primary status effecter is weak to the legendary bird type.
1. SAVE YOUR GAME before engaging the legendary bird(but after you've cleared its dungeon). This will allow you multiple attempts to capture the bird should you accidentally kill them.
2. Engage the bird with moves/Pokemon that are resistant(or immune) to it's elemental attacks(So a ground type against zapdos, a fire/water/steel type against articuno, and a fire/rock/dragon/water type against moltres). However, this is only to prevent you from taking lots of damage. You should avoid using moves that are super effective against the bird, simply because should they CRIT you will probably lose your bird and have to retry. Use normal moves, or moves that only do 1x damage.
If you still have it: DO NOT USE LEECH SEED. See step 3.
3. Once your bird's HP is whittled down to a mere sliver, put a status effect on it(Do NOT use poison or leech seed or anything that will DAMAGE THE BIRD EACH TURN). Paralysis and sleep are your best bets(Personally, I prefer sleep). Keep that status effect up every time you throw an ultra ball at it. DONT WASTE ULTRA BALLS IF IT DOESNT HAVE A STATUS EFFECT UP, it will break out most of the time unless you're the luckiest person alive!
4. Toss ultra balls until all hope is lost or you capture the Pokemon :3
5. SAVE YOUR GAME IMMEDIATELY D: or you'll have to do that crap all over again!

look it completely depends on your starter. and i also believe they should be caught in sequence.

first if you started with charizard, catch Articuno because he is super weak against fire then use articuno against zapdos because zapdos is weak against ice, then go to one island and catch moltres while using zapdos cause moltres is weak against electric. as far as pokeballs go use ultraballs only you could use a step-up method which means you would use weaker balls the step-up to the ultraball. personally i wouldn't because it's a waste of money.
you can use the same method with all starters just catch a good fire type like; grolithe or vulpix ( both evolved ) or trade over a charizard. so don't go waste your money and time just do it the easy way. trust me i have every Pokemon in the pokedex at level 100 even an oddish ( don't ask why ) in Pokemon ss try using a quick ball i caught entei and ho oh wit a quick ball in Pokemon ss
tbh just get like 50 or more ultra balls and some pokemon that are like 3 or 2 levels lower than the birds. ( they're level 50).
Zapdos is found in the power plant you can reach there from the route where rock tunnel is you need Surf to reach the power plant.
