No it is not, Dimethicone is a silicone in liquid form. It's like covering your head in plastic.

Nothing. There is no product that can was out a relaxer because it is a chemical that is meant to permanently straighten your hair, hence why it is called a Perm. The only way to get rid of a perm is to cut it out.

What is the difference between texturzier and a perm?
A texturizer is a mild relaxer but a relaxer nonetheless. The only difference between the two is the amount of time left on the head. Where as you'd leave a relaxer on for 20 minutes, you usually leave texturizers on for about 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your hair texture. Texturizers are supposed to make the hair more "manageable", which is also debatable.
Texturizers are usually used to loosen the hair's natural curl pattern. Texturizers will NOT give your hair a curl pattern it doesn't naturally have. Some debate that texturizers are healthier for your hair than relaxers.
Do hair stop growing when its dirty?
Yes. It can stop growing as well if the scalp can't get enough air and if if the hair is getting really dirty. If you have short afro type hair, I'm talking a few inches, then just massaging your hair daily on a night will do the trick, that, or combing it out with an afro comb. Some use a little cocnut oil if they live in cold places when combing their hair as it softens the hair and makes it easier to shape by combing and patting down.

Well the only way to do that is that you have to make a scub cap and sleep on the back, push on the top, and lay on both sides then retwist downwared

After washing dreads do i have to re-twist them with bees wax or sumthing?
first, you should never use beezwax to twist your locs, unless they are beginner locs. simply for the fact that is has mineral oil and petroleum in it. the two lubricants act like a grease on the locs, preventing them from ever friction locking. instead, use a gel when you re twist because it's lighter and it doesn't cause alot of buildup, unlike wax. depending on your region, activity level, and age of locs, washing can be as much as every other day or as little as once a week. however, re twisting should be done at least once every 4-5 weeks. I'm not telling you to follow my regimen, but that's what has kept my almost 3 year old locs going strong.
Females can have any length of hair, preferably in a pony tail. Males hair can't come below the ear lobe or touch the back of the collar. If longer than that, it must be tucked away, out of sight of the customer, in an AutoZone Dress Code approved hat.
