I don't know but my friend once tried to get the notes for Dr Who on violin and it cost £60. So I wouldn't bother with sheet music and just try it by thinking of the notes and trying to match them with the sax. That's what I do and it helps you memorise the notes without having to read from the sheet.

The alto clef is a C clef. If you look at the picture of the alto clef, you can see that it almost appears as an arrow which is pointed at the third line. This is C. Therefore the lines on an alto clef from the bottom to the top go FACEG and the notes on the spaces from the bottom to the top are GBDF

It is not hard to blow into, in terms of how hard to blow into the saxophone, but it is hard to produce a good tone on any saxophone (more so the soprano saxophone). Some people get it quickly some don't, the only cure is practise, practise, practise...

A "blues scale" is a minor pentatonic scale with the additional sharped 4th/flatted fifth. Blues scales can start on any note but an example of the C minor blues scale is:

C, E♭, F, G♭, G, B♭, and C.

The structure of the scale is root (C), flatted 3rd (E♭), natural 4th (F), flatted 5th (G♭), natural 5th (G♮), flatted 7th (B♭) and back to the root again.

The first Saxophone was made around the 1840s and the Alto Saxophone was probably a version of it made a little later. Bizet may have been the very first composer to use it, like for example in his music for L'Arlesienne. Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition, has saxophone solo as well, but the orchestration was in fact made by a much later composer, Ravel, when the Saxophone was a little more common (Ravel used it in his own compositions). There are a few Saxophone Concertos, notably the ones made by Glazunov, Ibert, and some similar things by Debussy, that are more in a Classical or 20th Century sense than what saxophone became more popular for in Jazz. Milhaud's Scaramouche is also a famous little suite for the instrument. Over the whole 20th Century into the 21st, there have been many more composers using this fascinating instrument, but the names before were some of the very first.

The alto sax only goes to Low Bb, there is no possible way to play a Low G unless you somehow extend the tube of the ax (ie with a piece of cardboard) but I wouldn't recommend that, so there is no "low G" (below the staff) for alto sax.
