At the moment you cannot, but if you are reading this post in December 2012, the announcer will say on the live shows that the audition forms are now available, usually near the end of the current series. Then you can go online and fill out the audition form, the auditions will start in March of the next year, so you have from December 2012 to March 2013 to apply.

After that you will get to audition at one of about 5 venues, these are first stage auditions and not before the tv cameras that part comes later if you make it through the first stage auditions.

If you do audition, the most important thing I have read that people say to do is try and be unique and slightly different just not too different, this way you will stand out more than the average auditionee.

Firstly, she was laid up in bed with a temperature three days before she was due to perform and had lost her voice. She still had a sore throat on the night, it was very lucky she sang at all.

Secondly, one of the judges said "Vote responsibly, America" which may have swayed the vote. They worried about her age but the vote was supposed to be for talent not age and a free vote shouldn't be influenced by a judge anyway.

Fairer to say she was voted up to the top 10 rather than voted off, in fact a judge said about the Top 10 "...all of them are winners, all of them are going to go on to have amazing careers in the entertainment industry" as indeed she is doing.

He never said anything about his religion or lack thereof however people seem to think he is. I know of 2 occasions where people claimed to be religious on Britain's got talent and on both occasions he seemed more keen to make fun of them.
