Then to sign NAME you make a 2 with both your hands and close those fingers together (also known as the letter H in the alphabet) have your dominant hand fingers over your non-dominant hand fingers bring dominant mid finger to non-dominant index finger 2 times

I believe you are referring to "in the past" or "long ago." The more waves you make, the further in the relative past it is. One wave is very recent, like a few days. Many waves goes back years, even centuries. It's not precise, just a description.

Proper names are Traditionally fingerspelled. However, major figures in history (whether mythical or not) often have "attributed name signs." {e.g. the sign Jeus represents the piercings of his wrists or hands.} But these name signs may differ from region to another. I don't know if this goddess has an attributed name sign or not; I would probably resort to fingerspelling. G-O-D-D-E-S-S A-P-H-R-O-D-I-T-E may look like a lot of letters to fingerspell, but with practice you can learn to fingerspell that almost as quickly as you would say the words.
