It is same in Bihar, there also Vaisya(Bania) are using kUMAR(not a surname but middle name) to hide their upper caste identity and get reservation benefit under O.B.C. Only difference is in U.P. very few lower caste in U.P. use Chadra so it is easy to tell they are upper caste but in Bihar lots of lower cast use Kumar so it is very hard to tell persons caste.
