I know they don't celebrate Christmas but my friend said if you change the date to 2010 Christmas day at Midnight that there will be a lost reindeer and if you find him/her you get money. All I want to know if that is true. And BTW learn how to talk.

if you want to wave to a animal on animal crossing you have too kind of walk a little away from them then click on them they might talk so move more away once you do that click on them and they might bow or wave too you. I hope this worked for you!

click on animal and then they should wave but you have to be a distance away from each other

There is no possible way to get residents that have moved away to come back. On occasion they will come back on their own, but there is nothing you can do to force them back. If by chance they do come back, they will have no recollection of who you are, and their friendship with you will need to restart. (:

On any day exept for Saturday, Sunday and Redd day, (Before 6pm & after 6am) talk to Booker. If he says 'Sorry, I didn't realise', pull out your slingshot and head outside. You'll either get Gulliver(Who comes at X.XX2/X.XX7 or its not him),Pete (Who comes at 9am & 5pm) or Pascal who'll be somewhere along your beach. When the character is angry and has an exclamation mark over their head you go and talk to them for a little bit and be extra nice (e.g. don't push them or hit them with a bug net). You cant get the balloon man in your town, you will only see him in the city sometimes during the year and you can get balloons from him and windmills and bubbles and they are all FREE anyway you just cant get it in your town <('_')>
