When the character is angry and has an exclamation mark over their head you go and talk to them for a little bit and be extra nice (e.g. don't push them or hit them with a bug net). Once you have talked to them about 3 times go away for a minute to let the character calm down and go and talk to them and they may say you can have my picture. If this doesn't work then sometimes when you have had a chat to a few of the characters and you walk straight in front of them the will have a little exclamation mark over their head, (a happy one) and they will run after you. Talk to them now and they will give you their photo of themselves.

You cant get the balloon man in your town, you will only see him in the city sometimes during the year and you can get balloons from him and windmills and bubbles and they are all FREE anyway you just cant get it in your town <('_')>

When you go and pick up your "daily weeds" there are normally some clover shaped weeds for you to pick up. Pick them up as you normally would, and on occasion one of them happens to be a four-leaf clover. They are not of much value(I attempted to sell mine before, they aren't even worth 100 bells.) but i admit they can be a quite fashionable hair piece.

The Resetti observation Center can be found in Animal Crossing: City Folk, but there is nothing of the sort in Wild World.

The tools in Animal Crossing: Wild World include the Axe, Shovel, Watering Can, Bug Net, Fishing Rod, and Slingshot. There are two kinds of each of these tools: Regular, and Golden.

Axe: Can be used to chop down trees. As it is used, the Axe will slowly degrade and eventually break.

Golden Axe: Acquired through a complicated trade sequence. This special Axe will never break, no matter how often it is used.

Shovel: Can be used to dig up buried objects such as Gyroids, Fossils, and Pitfall seeds, as well as bury objects. If a fruit is buried with a shovel, it will grow into a tree. Fruit won't grow, however, if it's right next to another object such as a building or another tree.

Golden Shovel: Acquired by burying a shovel in the ground with another shovel, then digging it up the next day. Contrary to popular belief, the Golden Shovel does have an additional purpose over the regular shovel. Bury Bells with the Golden Shovel to grow a Money Yree. This tree has a 1/99 chance to yield 99 times the amount of money you buried.

Watering Can: Only used to water Flowers and Turnips. If dying flowers are watered with the Watering Can, then they will come back the next day good as new. Turnips must be watered every day or they will be ruined.

Golden Watering Can: Acquired by keeping your town "perfect" for 16 days straight. If you water a dying black rose with the Golden Watering Can, it will come back the next day as an undying Golden Rose.

Bug Net: Can be used to catch the bugs you find around the town outside.

Golden Bug Net: Acquired by catching at least one of every kind of bug. This net is a bit wider than the regular net, allowing you to catch bugs more easily.

Fishing Rod: Can be used to catch the fish you see in your town's ponds and river, as well as the ones in the ocean.

Golden Fishing Rod: Acquired by catching one of every type of fish. This rod gives you a little bit of extra time to set the hook before the fish swims away.

Slingshot: Can be used to shoot presents attached to balloons and other things out of the sky.

Golden Slingshot: Acquired from the 15th present that is shot out of the sky. This slingshot fired 3 pellets instead of 1.

There is also the Timer, which you can use as a stopwatch, but it can't be used to affect your surrounds. Additionally, there is no "Golden Timer."

He doesn't sadly. From my knowledge he only comes in the Game Cube game. I'm not sure if he does in the City Folk version, I don't own the game yet.

Well heres a cheat for everyone you probally would have heard it before.

First set date to 2000. Then start animal crossing. Oh this cheat will cause you to have a lot of weeds. Next put 50.000 in the bank. Then save and quit. Next start up animal crossing again but before you choose your character tell the phone its 2035. If it doesn't give you the option to change the year change the date at the ds date settings. Next save and quit again. After turn the ds of. Then turn it on again and change the date to 2099! Then start up animal crossing and choose your chracter. You should yawn when you come out the door! lol! If you don't it's not important. What's is important is that you should have a letter from the bank saying you have 99.999 bells plus the 50.000 you put in! But it will be in the bank so you better go get it!

You may have to do this a few times depending on what mortage you have. Tom nook is stupid isn't he!
