That's very easy on the drivers side, a lil more difficult on the passenger side because the air filter housing has to be removed. Remember. Never touch the glass of the bulb. On the driver's side there is a clip which locks underneath two very small hooks. With needle nose, undo each clip separately. After the new bulb is in the drivers side, repeat the passenger side, after removing the air cleaner housing and covers.

He informed me that it was a Valve problem and replaced the valve - this morning while driving to work it happened again - with the new valve! He thinks it might be a head gasket. Does this sound right? suggestions?
NO NO NO look there's a valley plug gasket under the cam chain tensioner. one is in the back off the engine facing the fire wall on the passenger side. and there's one in the front of the engine on the drivers side. check out this web site Blauparts.com and watch the leaky engine video.

I can't tell you for sure because I never had an Audi, but since it is electronically fuel injected it would have an electric fuel pump... If your pump is not totally dead, you should hear a humming sound when you turn the key forward a click (not to start the car just to accessory) that sound would be your fuel pump turning out and pumping gas to your engine... My guess would be that the fuel pump is in the gas tank... if not, just follow the fuel line from the tank towards the engine and somewhere between the two will be a fuel pump... Hope this helps!
