The most preferred bat to use for an autograph would be a bat that is the closest to the size, and model the player used. The better the quality of the bat the higher resale value it will have. If you can get the signature authenticated on the spot do it. Signature that are not properly authenticated could sell at half the market value or less.

Blue Sharpie would be most preferred to sign a bat. If the bat is a Black or a dark color you should use a color that will stand out the most like silver. Be sure to allow the ink to fully dry before placing the bat in a protective tube or "Sock". If the ink is not completely dry the ink will smear. Bats that have a coat of shellac will take longer to dry. When displaying the bat be sure to keep it away from sunlight. Even reflected sunlight will take it's toll over time. The Ideal conditions for display would be indirect lighting, at a room temperature of 65 - 70 degrees, and 50% humidity. Always check your signatures periodically for signs of fading or deterioration, and avoid excessive handling.

About 15-30 dollars depending on condition of the card

The bat you have might be a World series "Black Bat" They were given to participating players, and dignitaries from teams in the world series. They have facsimile signatures of the entire team in gold on a dark black ebony bat. Names in script for Hillerich & Bradsby endorsees and block letter for non endorsed players.

"Black Bats" are highly sought after in excellent to near mint condition. Any grade lower will devalue the price considerably. A 1938 New York Yankees Black Bat is worth about $800.-$1,250.

It is difficult to put a value on multi signed items. The value of the signatures cannot be added up to come up with a total. Multi-signed items are valued as a whole, and how desired the signatures are as a group. Players of the same team, or players with the same achievements such as 500 home run hitters 300 game winners for example will fall into a "Group" that will be sought after by collectors. When you have a group of random signature it is difficult to gage what the item would sell for on the market. A common group of players such as Willie Mays, Mickey Mantle and the Duke Snider (1950's NY center fielders) would be easier to value as this combination of player often comes up for auction. Add Phil Niekro to this combo and you will lower the value. It is no longer a NY center fielders group of signatures. Hall of Famer signatures are desired but even then, collectors will be choosy on the players they want to pay for. Pitchers are less desired on baseball bats as this is not the tool of their trade. Based on similar auctions of compatible players I would estimate the value of the Phil Niekro Willie McCovey Yogi Berra Duke Snider signed baseball bat at about $250.-$350. more or less depending on how well the bat displays the signatures, condition, and the type of authenticity that accompanies the signatures. An autograph is something that improves your character. If you are given an autograph, you will earn more fame. Fame helps you level up. If you give someone an autograph, the person you give it to will earn more fame. VIPs give more fame when they give autographs, and the higher level you are the more fame you will give.

Your jersey, if it has been authenticated by an independent third-party authenticator such as PSA/DNA, and it looks nice (not faded - nice signatures, etc.) would be worth $5,500 - $7,500 RETAIL.

There are very few authentic examples of these - most of the ones that people bring into our store are fake.

Also, Patrick Ewing was an extremely reluctant signer of those jerseys - he had a contract with a different manufacturer and for the most part refused to sign jerseys.

the bob Watson card isn't worth much if anything at all... i would say it was the worth somewhere between 75 cents - $2.. If you want the exact amount, check a Beckett magazine out.. it has the value of every baseball card

If it comes right from WGA (Wayne Gretzky Authentics) it will be worth around $1000-$1400. If it comes from a different source then the value drops greatly. If it has no authenticity papers at all it is next to wortless as you can't prove it is authentic.
