To unlock the trophy / achievement 'You Can Be My Wingman Anytime' in Battlefield 3. The player must complete the mission 'Going Hunting' in one successful run. This means the player must not get hit by an enemy missile, must not miss the enemy with a missile and must not restart from a checkpoint. The player can however shoot down less than seven of the total enemy aircraft and still unlock the trophy / achievement.
How do you deploy gadgets in Battlefield 3?
In Battlefield 3, gadgets are a type of item in multiplayer. These can be unlocked by gaining points in a particular multiplayer class; Assault, Engineer, Support or Recon.
Once the player has unlock a gadget, they must first 'equip' that gadget on the corresponding multiplayer class. For example, if the player has unlock a 'Defibrillator' for the 'Assault' class, they must first 'equip' the gadget on their class's character.
To do this, the player can either go to 'My Solider' from the main menu, then select their class and then select the gadget. Alternatively the player, whilst in-game but before spawning, open the 'Customizations and gadgets' panel and select their class and gadget.
To deploy the gadget, the player must press the corresponding button. On default settings, this the left & right D-pad buttons on PlayStation 3 and the left & right thumb pad buttons on the Xbox 360. To find what button the player must press to deploy gadgets, go to the 'Options' menu and under 'Controls' scroll down to 'Soldier Buttons'.
Typically, the left gadget button is for deploying the 'M320' grenade launcher, the 'M26 MASS' shotgun, 'Medkit', 'Ammo Box', launchers such as the 'SMAW' and other gadgets. The right gadgets buttons are for the 'Defibrillator', 'Repair Tool', 'T-UGS' and 'Radio Beacon' and other gadgets.

In Battlefield 3 online multiplayer there are multiple game modes and settings. One of the game pre-sets is hardcore. Hardcore is different from normal by:
- Limiting the information displayed on the Head-up Display (HUD)
- No third person view in vehicles
- Reduced health (60%), same damage
- Health and vehicle armor do not regenerate normally (without medkit/repair torch)
- Friendly fire is enabled
- Spotting of enemies is limited, no 3D spotting (on-screen)
- No cross-hairs

Yes it is very much possible. I have done and seen it before. The only way that I know of to destroy it is to shoot the cords that support it. To get a better picture on how to do this look it up on a video website I have seen a few showing how to do it.
