Harold D. Handy wrote the song Leftover Biscuits about 1973 when he lived in Ferrum, VA. He stopped by his Mom's apartment, and just like Mom's do, she ask him if he was hungry, but she told him all she had were a few left over biscuits. He went home and wrote the song, Leftover Biscuits. He has had a lot of fun with this song and enjoys seeing other people enjoying it. Just recently Harold had the pleasure of meeting one of the bands that does his song, The Davisson Brothers Band from W VA. He really got a kick out of hearing how they do the song. Harold now lives in Murrells Inlet, SC with his wife JeRena and little dog Maggie Mae (Oct. 2011). The Lost and Found, are one of many that have recorded the song, I think they were the first to record the song.
