What happens to Buffy and angel in season 3?
Angel appears in every season of Buffy at least once, with the exception of season 6.
In season 4, which aired along side the first season of Angel, he appears twice, to resolve his and Buffy's relationship issues, whereby the two agree to remain apart. (Note that David Boreanaz appears in the season 4 premier, "The Freshman", but not as Angel, rather as a man whom Buffy mistakes for Angel from a distance.)
He appears once in season 5 (not counting flashbacks), in "Forever", to console Buffy after her mother's death.
(He does not appear at all in season 6, after Buffy's death and resurrection, since he was distracted at the time by Darla and her pregnancy.)
In season 7, he appears in the final two episodes -- at the end of "The End of Days" and the beginning of "Chosen", having arrived to give Buffy the amulet he received from Wolfram & Hart.
Witch one is better Buffy or charmed?
I liked Buffy better mostly because it kept surprising you with its plot; (it also never felt like any one part dragged on to long) and because the characters were easier for me to relate to. Also a lot of the dialog is witty banter which is always a plus. Joss Whedon is a genious. Charmed is in no way better than Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Not really. Spike discovers his love for Buffy fairly early on, and when Buffy finds out, she is extremely sure she could never love him. However as the show progresses her love for him becomes more apparent, and just before Spike sadly dies, she tells him she loves him but Spike says "No, you don't; but thanks for saying it."
Not quite. I mean they were kinda together during Season 6( the violent, sexual way) and sort of in S7 but never were "truly dating".

Buffy has died twice, she died in series one by the master biting her neck an then throwing her into the water and she drowned,but Xander finds her and brings her back.

Willow and the rest of the Scooby gang try an bring Buffy back from the dead in series 6: Bargaining part one and two, because they all thought she was in hell. It takes a while before Buffy rises though as Willow does the spell and a lot of Demons think that Buffy is a robot as there was Buffy Bot replacing the real Buffy for the start of series 6. As the demons chase Buffy Bot all over town an end up hurting the Robot she has to come to Willow so she can be fixed. The demons follow the Robot into the garden were Willow is trying to do the spell,and one of the motorbikes runs over the bottle of blood that would of helped Buffy to be brought back and that is were the spell finishes because of the Demons. !
After Xander tells Willow that the spell did not work, we go under ground to see Buffy rising from the dead,as all of the gang left her because they thought the spell did not work, Buffy has to dig her way out of her own grave.

Spike makes several returns.
He leaves at the end of season 2 only to return briefly for revenge in episode 8 (Lover's Walk) in season 3. After that he doesn't return until Season 4, episode 3 (Harsh day of light). After this he's a permanent fixture until the last episode (Chosen).
He returns in Season 5 of Angel and continues as a member of the main cast until the Series Finale.
