The "sodas" in black ops zombies are different perks.

Juggernog = Juggernaut (increased health)

Speed Cola = Sleight of hand (faster reloading)

Double tap root beer = Double tap (Higher rate of fire)

Quick revive = no online play equivalent but it allows you to revive your team-mates faster or if you're in single player it gives you a pair of pistols with explosive rounds for when you get downed and are then automatically slowly revived.

All of these drinks need the power to be turned on before you can use them (except quick revive on single player).

Just as a side note, if you go down after buying these sodas you'll have lost them and will need to buy them again (quick revive can only be bought 3 times on single player though).
