I have researched this problem of call of duty5 sticking and the results i found out were that only 3/100 games bought brand new were constantly sticking so i would recomend that you look at my advice. 1)go down to your local game shop and hopefully they will have a disk cleaner there it does the job but usually costs a couple of pounds. 2)If you have still kept hold of your receipt or some proof of purchase then you could return your game.
