US nickels aren't plated. They're struck from a solid alloy containing 25% nickel and 75% copper.
Canadian nickels have a core containing mostly steel with a small amount of copper, and are plated with pure nickel.
Is there any value of a collection of Canadian pennies from 1947 to 2010?
As is the case with so many things in life, the answer is that "it depends."
What it depends upon is how complete the collection is and what conditions the coins are in.
Few of the coins are worth more than a dollar or two even in uncirculated condition (although the 1947-52 coins could be worth $10 or more in MS-63 or better), and most are worth markedly less than a dollar.
However, there are a few key varients that can have value even in circulated condition (values from the Standard Catalog of World Coins):

1954 (without shoulder strap) - $500 in MS-63

How much is 1964 not all silver quarter worth?
I'm not sure what you mean by "not all silver". The normal composition for 1964 and earlier quarters was an alloy of 90% silver and 10% copper referred to as "coin silver". The two metals were mixed throughout, so there is no copper edge visible.
My guess is that your coin has been damaged in some way that makes it appear to be in a metal other than coin silver. In that case it's worth about $3 retail due to its silver content.
True, a very small number of 1964 quarters were accidentally struck on cupronickel "sandwich" blanks intended for 1965 clad coins and do show the copper core very clearly. However none of these have been reported in circulation for many years.

It isn't a real coin. Shell Oil issued a series of PM of Canada between 1967 - 1970. Depending on the condition, and if you can find someone that still collects them, you might get $2 for it.
