I myself, being the owner of many cats, can tell you this. Your cat may or may not accept your new kitten.

The only thing you can do is just introduce them slowly, don't force anything onto your older cat that it doesn't want.

The older cat will at first hiss, cuff, or growl at your new kitten, but in time he'll learn to tolerate the newcomer.

He just needs to learn that the kitten isn't there to take his place, make sure you're still giving your older cat the attention that he wants and show him that even though you have another cat, you still love him just as much.

make sure you give your older cat plenty of alone time without the kittens -with you. your older cat may be feeling replaced with a newer version of herself. I had a Siamese who would hide under my bed until i locked the kittens out of my room for the night.

Sounds as though he's trying to play, or even to mother them. The 'funny meowing' could be playful or affectionate communication. Well, first of all they do not go into heat after mating, second at around 3 weeks their nipples stat to change in color to a rosy coral pink. Cat's hate the smell of citric smelling items. I took some orange peels and rubbed em on the cabinet doors and drawers to keep em out. I took my hand (with the citric orange smell) and approached my cat. He immediately pulled back. Smells good, keeps em out...win/win scenario.
