Every diocese in the Catholic Church is a particular Church and not subject to any higher authority (other than God, and His representative on earth - the Pope), so you would have to contact the diocese that you are concerned with and ask them if they have a nursing home, etc.

Who started the charity 'Free the Children'?
Free the Children was started by Craig Kielburger when he was only a preteen. He had seen a newspaper article about a boy named Iqbal Massih, an escaped child slave that had been murdered for standing up for his rights. Craig started Free the Children with other classmates and it has grown to where it is today. His brother, Mark Kielburger is also deeply involved with Free the Children.
