It depends on the level:

Prep Op Silver- 30 sec. - 1 min.

Prep Op Gold and Platinum- 1 min. & 10 sec.

Level 7 and up- 1 min. & 30 sec.

Gymnastics and dance seem to be part of the cheerleading skill set. If you can find a cheerleader willing to help tutor you to get ready for the tryouts, that would help. However, getting ready may take months rather than weeks since there is a lot to learn.

YES! Personally, I love cheerleading! That's only because I am a cheerleader with 7 years of experience, but I have also played AAU Basketball for a couple of seasons. Anyway, cheerleading is definitely my favorite sport.

do this cheer once in windows second time move to your pod and pull your flyer up in a half. then on the last time saying the cheer , when you get to hit em high the two bases will POP the flyer.

Bath & Body works, Homemade things such as Blankets, quilts, textiles of that sort. Or, you could make brownies or cookies. My cheer coach throws a banquet and gives all the seniors gift cards. My dance teacher knew how to knit, so she knitted everyone blankets.

The Packers were in fact the first profesional sports team to have cheerleaders and continue to have them today. Today they use the cheerleaders from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay to cheer on their games.

Baton twirling naturally involves twirling a baton, which is a balanced stick usually comprised of metal, but at competitive levels, baton twirling is much more. As with gymnastics, figure skating, and other sports combining agility with grace, competitive baton twirling requires a routine containing mandatory elements for scoring points. In a competition, a baton twirler may be required to twirl vertically, or perpendicular to the floor, and horizontally. Similarly, they are required to make a certain number of catches and releases and vary them throughout their routine. Baton twirling at some levels of competition requires twirlers to use more than one baton.

Baton twirling is an essential element to many marching band performances, where you will see twirlers not only as drum majorettes, but also twirling other objects such as rifles, flags, and even flames. Twirlers are an integral part of a marching band performance as they add visual appeal to the overall musical performance. Many participants in middle and high school marching band drill teams, flag corps, and color guards may also be involved in competitive baton twirling individually.

I have actually thought about this and designed 1, it involved sinking a pole into a concrete base then welding baskets and using chains (also welded)

Basically after i planned it out i figured out it is much more expensive to make 1 (that is of good quality) then to just buy 1 offline and ship it to you.

Now if you just want to shoot around then you can buy portable ones at sporting goods storesbut if your building a course on your property i suggest buying some big wooden poles (square poles), throwing some paint on them and just sinking them into the ground. Paint a line that you have to hit above and the hole number.

If you do this its actually harder to hit then the chian basket so youll get even better!

A judge recently ruled that cheerleading was not a sport. As a fellow cheerleader, I beg to differ. Cheerleading combines gymnastics, dancing, and even weight lifting.

• Cheerleading is the 3rd most dangerous sport in the world. Football is the 10th.
• Not only do cheerleaders have to worry about the athletic elements, they also wear elaborate uniforms, makeup and hairstyles
• Cheerleading is year round, there is no off-season
• Complicated tumbling(gymnastic like elements)

In my opinion a cheer coach promotes a child's dream of becoming someone who cheers someone on and doesn't let them down they also teach a squad how to do certain tasks that a cheerleader does.

Cheerleading results in 66% of women's catastrophic injuries, however due to the fewer number of male participants, there are no statistics on men. In the category of Non Extreme Sports(Extreme sports being street luge, bull riding, heli skiing...) Cheerleading is currently the 3rd most dangerous sport in the world, only under Rugby and Cave Diving. This is because of the stunting and tumbling elements. These involve lifting or throwing a girl sometimes as high as 40 feet in the air. Tumbling is gymnastics which can cause injury if the technique is not proper
