What is Reverse acting controller?
When actuator travels in the direction of air supplied, then the actuator is called direct acting actuator.
What is mean by bromination process?
Bromination refers to any reaction which introduces a bromine atom into a compound
Halogenation is a chemical reaction that incorporates a halogen atom into a molecule. More specific descriptions exist that specify the type of halogen: fluorination, chlorination, bromination, and iodination.
"Lean Amine" is fresh solution which has ready to introduce into MEA Contactor to absorb sour gases from raw gas. Absorption "Lean Amine" is said to be"Rich Amine".

What is a Tempil stick temperature measuring crayon?
These are temperature sensitive chemicals shaped in the form of sticks.
These are not temperature measuring but temperature Indicating crayons.
You have to interpret temperature by observing the physical change taking place
form solid to liquid.
A surface is heated & you start marking (or rather touching) at intervals.for example
you have a stick of 150oc with you.as soon as surface attains 150oc you will get
liquid droplets in place of dry chalky mark.

It's not really explosive. It's flammable. At optimal concentrations along with oxygen, any flammable substance will burn so quickly that an explosion is given off - it acts as a run-away train reaction and quickly burns all the available fuel. Dust from grain isn't considered explosive or even flammable by most but it can explode giant silos under certain conditions. Pressure explosions are also common in which pressure generated from the combustion of a fuel bursts the container. This is what happens in a combustion chamber inside an engine, forcing the piston down and transferring energy.
Frac sand is what is created during hydraulic fracking processes. This is a type of sand that is resistant to crushing due to its specifically sized particles.
What is the use of distillation adapter?
A distillation adapter has one primary use. That primary use is in organic chemistry processes. It is meant to hold a thermometer to determine boiling point.
What Temperature diesel burns at?
2. What is the autoignition temperature of
a) Petrol 246°C
b) Diesel 210°C"

Do not confuse autoignition with sustained flame temperature, which can vary widely due to a number of contributors. Flame temperature of openly-burned diesel at sea level in an environment of 70°F at 80% humidity can range from 900°C to 1200°C, due to factors such as completion of burn, particle size, etc. A good 'general answer' would be 1200°C, but the technically correct answer is a range, not a specific number.
What is the difference between the operation of a automatic boiler and manual boiler?
boiler are working on same principal but automatic and manual boiler has difference that manual boiler working at single element loop and automatic boiler work at three element loop.single loop means when fuel increase mean load increase on boiler by adjusting fuel operator has to adjust steam drum level manualy , while automatic means when load increas, fuel increase steam drum level adjust automaticaly by watching fuel consumption.
Is 316 ss good for 50 caustic?
50% caustic has good compatibility with 316 SS, but if you have the choice 304 SS and carbon steel are slightly better. All three are probably better than glass lined steel.
What are Glass Reinforced Pipes?
GLASS REINFORCED PLASTIC (GRP) PIPES give all details relating to the specifiaction, process of manufacture, testing norms, usage and manufacturers of Glass Reinforced Pipes in India
(Mechanical Engineering) The manufacture of patterns as used to create a mould when sand casting. The pattern matches the shape you are trying to cast.
What is plastic injection molding process?
Moulten plastic is injected at high pressure into an injection mould tool. The plastic cools inside the tool and takes the inverse form of the cavity machined into the tool. The process takes several stages: 1/ Closing - The tool is closed (the 2 halves are brought together) and clamped under high force. This force is maintained until the end of step 4 2/ Injection - Plastic is injected into the tool at pressure (up to about 2000 bar thus high clamping force required in step 1) 3/ Hold Pressure - Plastic shrinks as it solidifies. The pressure of moulten plastic is maintained for a period of a few seconds (depends on part) to keep filling the tool as this happens. 4/ Cooling - The tool remains closed whilst the plastic cools and becomes solid enough to be ejected. 5/ Opening - The tool is opened. 6/ Ejection - The part is ejected from the tool. The process continues at step 1. The total time for these 6 steps is usually between about 8 seconds and 3 minutes depending on the thickness of the part being moulded. (Steps 3 & 4 take much longer with thick parts.) Times of 20 to 40 seconds are typical.
Plastic injection molding is a complex and intricate process. Simply put, the injection molding uses a plunger to force hot, liquid plastic into a mold cavity.
What is the difference between Retrievable and Retractable corrosion probes?
Retrievable corrosion probes is meant for high pressure (3600 to 6000 psig).
Retractable corrosion probes is meant for pressure about 1500 psig.

Physical properties of glycerin?
It is a colorless, odorless, viscous liquid that is widely used in pharmaceutical formulations. For human consumption, glycerol is classified by the FDA among the sugar alcohols as a caloric macronutrient. Its surface tension is 64.00 mN/m at 20 °C , and it has a temperature coefficient of -0.0598 mN/(m K). The glycerol substructure is a central component of many lipids. Glycerol is sweet-tasting and of low toxicity.
