It is not possible to get a period 3 weeks after conception. The possibilities are
- There is threatened abortion which may present with spotting (this does not have the same flow as the normal period. Where there is heavy bleeding then the pregnancy is aborted and the bleeding comes with severe pain and contraction, this is different from the normal period
- False pregnancy due to infection: in this case the period is not regular and not patterned. So flow of blood after 3 weeks of supposed pregnancy may be a delayed period due to infection such as candidiasis.

Im afraid that these date do not add up, if the baby was born/due on the 12th nov, the date you would of concived this baby would be on the 19th feb.

If your due date is predicted as March 7, 2008, then the approximate date of conception would have been around June 14, or 15th, 2007, putting June 2, 2007 as the approximate day of your last menstrual cycle.
