As with most Homestuck characters, a crucial element is a good grey paint and setting powder, as well as makeup. You will need black pants and a plain black tee shirt. For the bracelets, you can simply hot glue pink gemstones to a simple yellow wristband. The trident can be made by gluing together two halloween tridents from a halloween store, and painting them the right color. If you want to be extremely attentive to detail, you can find many different sources online for the teeth, as well as prosthetics for the ears. I hope this was helpful!

First I suggest finding a dress. This can be any dress, as long as it has puffy sleeves (you know the type). I'm not going to lead you through the basics of how to make a dress. I'm assuming you want to dye it. Hopefully the dress you found is white. If not, bleach it. If so, then use fabric dye to dye the dress. I mean, once you find patters for all of the pieces (the corset/waist cincher, hair thing) it shouldn't be that hard. The corset thing I suggest making either out of felt or leather. The hair thing should be a thinner fabric. Cotton should do.

Are you going to a anime convention? You don't need to cosplay. It's not a must... unless there is a rule for that particular convention.

You could just wear a wig and a cute outfit, and say that the character you cosplay would wear this too. Or just wear something similar. You don't have to look exactly like that character.
